As a result of the tender offer for our company's shares made by TKP Corporation last year, TKP Corporation became our parent company as of December 19, 2024. Through this capital and business alliance, we believe that we are creating an environment that will enable us to take on new challenges to achieve sustainable growth, such as the creation of new businesses that will contribute to our medium to long-term growth.

We will also aim to become a company that can provide high added-value services to more customers, with an eye to expanding beyond the bridal industry and entering overseas markets, while at the same time working to expand our revenue base and improve the profitability of our existing businesses.
