The Company takes necessary and appropriate security measures for the management of specific personal information, etc., including preventing the leakage, loss and destruction of such information. The Company also exercises necessary and appropriate supervision over employees and contractors, including subcontractors, etc., who handle specific personal information, etc. Specific security measures for specific personal information, etc., are stipulated separately under the Specific Personal Information Handling Regulations.

We will clearly indicate the contact desk for inquiries, complaints, and consultations regarding specific personal information in our possession, and respond promptly and sincerely to any inquiries, complaints, or consultations received.

In addition to establishing an internal system to protect specific personal information, etc., and ensuring that all employees implement it thoroughly, we will also continuously review and improve the system with full consideration of the situation in society regarding the protection of specific personal information, etc., and the content of opinions and complaints, etc., received from persons from whom we acquire specific personal information, etc.
